who is thread shed performance?
My name is Sam and I'm the owner of Thread Shed Performance! I was born and raised in Bakersfield, CA and have been sewing for over 20 years. I did colorguard from the age 8-23 and I have been designing and creating costumes for local colorguard and drumline teams since 2011. I take pride in dressing the students and competitors of Kern County and look forward to designing for you!
what's included when thread shed performance designs our costumes?
The entire costume designing process is 100% hands on and made with love. From the very first design conversation all the way through production, your costumes will be in our teams hands.
Once design is approved, we will come out to your school/team to take measurements in person. This makes for 100% custom fitting costumes- this means no searching for a seamstress after receiving your order to make alterations!
Once your costumes are cut and sewn, an in-person fitting will be scheduled. This fitting is to make sure everything is being completed correctly and to correct any measurement issues. Then, costumes are completed and delieverd!
